AND buttermilk... what are the chances...<BR/><BR/>so, I do cornmeal, little bit of sugar, milk and egg, cast iron skillet... THEN for the grand finale, I mixed in a can of rotel and shredded cheddar to make mexican cornbread.<BR/><BR/>seriously, i think he shed tears.<BR/><BR/>And for biscuits, I discovered the Loveless cafe biscuit mix. omg. Add buttermilk and pop in the oven.
